Amparo Sard has been appointed as one of the best 20 artists around the world. Luxury included her on their LXRY List for 2018. Sard in her works shows an intimate reflection of human nature. Consequently, she focus on doubt and anguish of human beings. It is, to a large extent, an analysis on human existence, a plastic meditation about contemporary identity, always more uncertain and to redefine, between indecision and mistake. Furthermore, Sard employs the most poetic and effective technique to express human confinement: void on white.Through thousands of painstaking hand perforations, Sard enhances the conflicts and anguish caused by indecision. However, her works have a muted, and often neutral colour palette. While the theme of piercing is very prominent in her images. Artist is working with negative space and punctures. Most of all, she develops a type of personal iconography that explores identity and especially femininity. "All my work is woven around tolerance.
